Rachel Frank is an energetic young lawyer who is committed to providing a great client experience, while also providing smart, effective legal representation. Ms. Frank frequently represents clients and assists the attorneys of Springstead Bartish Borgula and Lynch in complex state and federal criminal cases, and has argued before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has ample experience in cases involving DUIs, drugs, white-collar crimes, and sex crimes.
Ms. Frank was awarded the Avvo Client’s Choice Award in 2016. In 2018, was nominated and admitted to the National Trial Lawyers – Top 40 Under 40 division, recognizing her as one of the top 40 attorneys under the age of 40 in the state of Michigan.
Ms. Frank has a unique background as the daughter of a retired Marine Corps officer, which afforded her the opportunity to travel and live abroad in China, France, Germany, and Japan. Growing up in a military family reinforced Ms. Frank’s commitment to service and developed in her an unflagging sense of loyalty, which she brings every case and every client. A third-generation attorney herself, she has witnessed firsthand the many ways an exceptional attorney can impact a client’s life. Ms. Frank strives to make a positive impact on her clients’ cases and treats every client with patience, compassion, and respect.
